How
quickly is merchandise shipped?
Merchandise is normally shipped in 5 to
7 business days if in stock (and most items ARE in stock).
If not in stock, we can no longer keep track of back orders.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email
informing you of the approximate time frame of when we are
to receive more of the back ordered item. Items out of stock
can no longer be kept as back orders due to the enormous
additional handling charges that have occurred so you will
need to check back on the date listed to reorder the item.
Due to shipping cost we pay, additional freight will be
charged on each order shipped.

It is our policy to accept merchandise
returns within thirty (30) days of the original purchase
date. Merchandise must be in like-new condition. Defective
merchandise may be exchanged for other merchandise of equal
or greater value outside of the policy with approval from an
authorized Jewelry Warehouse associate. Please contact our
customer service department or a store employee for
clarification of any of the return and exchange policies
outlined here.
Returns and Exchange Policy
We want our customers to be happy with
the merchandise they purchase from JewelryWarehouse.com. To
ensure complete satisfaction, we offer a comprehensive
return and exchange policy.
- JewelryWarehouse.com merchandise
returns are not accepted at any of our Jewelry Warehouse
locations.
- When you receive your purchase from
JewelryWarehouse.com, examine it carefully. If for any
reason you are not satisfied with the order, call our
Customer Service Center at 1-800-537-8072 Monday through
Friday 9:30am-5: 30pm EST or e-mail us at
Info@jewelrywarehouse.com.
- Explain to the customer service
representative the problem and they will give you
instructions and a return authorization (RA) number so
that you may return the item. This number must be
written on the outside of the return package so that it
can be easily identified. Returns will not be accepted
without prior authorization.
- All returned merchandise must be in
like-new condition, and accompanied by the original
packing slip and receipt, the original packing
(including gift box), and all warranty materials. Items
purchased from a Jewelry Warehouse store (not on-line)
cannot be returned to Jewelry Warehouse.com.
- It is recommended that all returned
merchandise should be delivered via the same shipping
company that JewelryWarehouse.com shipped the
merchandise originally with. We also advise that the
item be insured for its full value. JewelryWarehouse.com
is not responsible for returned merchandise lost or
damaged in transit.*
- Upon receipt of your order, with
all required information and materials, we will either
ship a replacement or credit the original purchase in
the form of the original payment based on your request.
If you are returning an item within the first thirty
days of purchase, please note whether you would like a
refund or an exchange. Credit processing will occur as
soon as possible, usually within three days of our
receipt of merchandise.
- If you are exchanging an item,
please inform the customer service representative at the
time you receive the RA number which item you would like
in exchange.** This is so we can have your new
merchandise ready to be shipped upon receipt of the
exchange merchandise.
*Shipping charges will be refunded only
if we have sent the wrong item or the item is defective.
**A $5.00 charge will be applied to all
exchanges for shipment of new merchandise.
We advise that the item be insured for
it's full value. Jewelry Warehouse is not responsible for
returned merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit.
